Family recipes · Since the notebook

Recipes from our family's handwritten notebook, perfected by taste.

Every recipe here started on a stained page in our family's kitchen notebook - passed down for generations, tested a hundred times, and tuned until it tastes right. From our kitchen to yours: dishes from all over the world, because there's nothing we can't cook.

“If it's not written in the notebook, it's not finished yet.” - Grandma

Why we cook

Original recipes.
No shortcuts, no reposts.

We don't scrape recipes off the internet. We cook from a real notebook that's been in the family for generations - then we adapt each dish to our own taste and write down exactly what worked. Cuisines from every corner of the world, tested in one very busy kitchen.

Cross-outs, coffee stains and all.

Sunday gulyás - use TWO onions, not one.

Rest the dough 20 min. Don't rush it!!
